HALLOWEEN TREATS

SPOOKY CHOCOLATE COATED WAFERS

INGREDIENTS
375grams - Dairy Chocolate
250gram - Chocolate (or other) Wafers (40 sticks)
75grams - 85% Dark Chocolate (optional)
2 Tblspoons- Nesquik Powder
Instant Icing
Water

UTENSILS
Wide and deep pot (Base of double steam pot)
Round metal (Sits on top of base pot)
Baking Paper
Fork

STEP 1: TEMPERING CHOCOLATE

1. Place base pot on medium heat and fill with water, place round metal pot on top. (NOTE: make sure the round bottom doesn't come into contact with water level)
2. Tip your dark chocolate and nesquik powder with your dairy milk chocolate, stir until all is melted. (NOTE: do not put heat on high as it wil burn and ruin the chocolate or let water come into contact with the chocolate)
3. Turn off the heat. Also you can use anyother chocolate if desired.



STEP 2: COATING & DECORATING WAFERS

1. Simply dip and coat your wafer in the chocolate mix.
2. Use your fork to pick up and let excess chocolate drip off.
3. Then place on baking paper.
4. Once finished all your wafers, put all sticks in the freezer.
5. Once the chocolate has  successfully tempered (should be smooth, hard, glossy and *snaps*) you can decorate them however you like.
